Return any unworn, unwashed piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How

Email fran@umiq.si with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return being received and checked. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Send the piece back and order the size you need. Returns are refunded within 5 business days of arriving.
